Premier Chiropractic Coaching helps chiropractors build and strengthen their practices through effective and proven business systems, modern chiropractic marketing, and tremendous patient education as well! Premier was created by Dr. Larry Estebo who has owned and operated over 20 practices. And many of them at the same time! He has the specific purpose of helping chiropractors grow as much as possible so they are able to help as many people thru our wonderful profession as they desire.
Premier Chiropractic Coaching takes responsibility to mentor its chiropractic clients to become the executives of their businesses, rather than just being the clinicians in their practices. By teaching and helping doctors work ON the practice as an executive, rather than simply working harder IN them, the doctor is then also able to establish successful business processes, great patient flows, and well trained effective staff--all culminating in a thriving, healthy practice which can then be repeated easily if you want to open multiple offices.
We do specialized training in the areas of Chiropractic Marketing, Patient Education, Staff Hiring/Training, Business Administration, Finance Management, and Team Development. With a few of these under your belt, you can really learn to run the office as a business rather than just a clinic.
